8.1 No refund or exchange will be accepted by Phare MĆ©dica other than for defective merchandise or errors in this sense.
8.2 Phare MĆ©dica reserves complete discretion whether or not to accept a request for reimbursement and/or exchange.
8.3 Any request for refund or exchange must be made within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the order.
8.4 In the event that Phare MĆ©dica agrees to a refund or an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in its original condition in accordance with the return provisions mentioned above.
8.5 In the event that a refund is accepted by Phare MĆ©dica, it will be made using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction and will only be made following receipt of the said order.
8.6 In the event that a refund or an exchange is granted by Phare MĆ©dica, the charge for administrative, handling and shipping costs will apply in accordance with the provisions for the return of goods cited above.
